We would love to give our Wilchester staff an occasional break from lunch duty so that they can enjoy lunch as a grade level team! We need your help to cover lunch periods for 2 days each month. Helping monitor students is a quick way to volunteer and get a peek into your child’s school day. Lunch periods are ONLY 30 MINUTES and monitoring is easy!

Wilchester Elementary school proudly supports Spring Shadows Elementary school as part of the Sister School Solution. This partnership serves both schools in beneficial ways.
Sign up to be on our committee and we will contact you about specific ways you can help! Examples are Blessings in a Backpack distribution, Coat drive, Turkey drive, and a Teacher appreciation luncheon.

Yearbook Needs your Help!
Please sign up below if you’re able to attend a WCE event to take photos!
It’s an easy and fun way to help during the school day and see all the happenings at Wilchester! You don’t need to be a professional photographer – the yearbook team will email you some tips and guidelines to take great shots.
Even if you can’t attend events as a photographer, please submit your personal photos to the yearbook. Just look for the green camera icon on the PTA website!

Volunteer in the Garden!
No matter your skills or schedule, the Wilchester Garden Committee could use your help! Many tasks have flexible timing and can include the kids for family fun. We’re looking for volunteers to assist with harvesting, butterfly care, garden class set-up and take down, weeding and other garden maintenance.
